However, if the issue is already known, clearly identified, or the customer is requesting a specific task that does not require a survey, the consultation fee is waived and standard hourly rates begin immediately. Cabling services such as adding new network runs, upgrading existing lines, or removing outdated cabling are available and priced based on the materials and labor required. For continued work beyond the initial consultation hour, or for projects that can begin during the same visit, on‑site service is billed at $75 per hour for residential clients and $150 per hour for business clients. This structure ensures transparent, predictable pricing for diagnostics, upgrades, expansions, and complete network installations.
